1. DEPUTY MANAGER, PROSPER PROPERTY UNIT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To support the plannng, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
- To assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including collection on rent, accruals, payment and preparation of all related documentation.
- Respond to customer requests and needs, coordinate efforts with Property Management and Technical Operation teams to resolve issues.
- Oversee selection and performance of vendor services, prepartion of requests for proposal and service agreements, monitor venodr performance.
- Schelule and facilitate maintenance with vendors and customers.
- Perform property inspections on a regular basis, make recommendations to maintain and enhance th assigned property portfolio.
- Document and track all certificates of insurance from vendors and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Building Administration or its equivalent
- 5 relevant experience in asset management of commercial real estate
- Operationally hands-on in asset management with sound financial grounding
- Salary commences with relevant experience in property/real estate and skill set
- A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Contract position for a period 1 -2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as a permanent staff.
