JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform general secretarial duties such as correspondences, schedulling appointments and arranging travelling requirements
- Keep confidential information
- Organising and attending all meetings attended by CEO and taking minutes
- Filling and data entry job
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Highly competent in coordinating and organising overall secretarial functions.
