JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary
- To meet individual sales targets set for the Financial Year in line with the Kowamas's business direction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches and other sales activities to achieve sales targets
- To actively cross selling Banking/Financial products such as personal financing, credit card, mortgage loan
- Assess/ evaluate and propose credit applications diligently
- Build rapport and relationship with chosen customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect Kowamas's image
- Seek continuous improvement in the following areas to enhance job skills and competencies in term of product knowledge, selling skills and market intelligence
- Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STM or Diploma in any field
- Required skill (s) : Selling, Presentation and Communication
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year (s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
- 30 Full-Time position(s) available.
