1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Job Descriptions:
- To provide full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to Chairman
- To maintain and provide support service for the Chairman’s daily schedule including forward planning of his workload , diary management and coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork
- Arrange and schedule work appointment, meeting, travel itinerary and hotel arrangement
- To liaise effectively with internal divisions/ departments and external organization on behalf of Chairman to ensure that all deadline and commitments are followed through and applied with
- Undertake all business research and information gathering for the chairman
- Prepare official correspondences , memorandum, agenda , minutes of meeting , external letters including preparation for meeting materials and facilities
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
- To assist in the preparation of presentation & organizing internal & external events
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of Management and staff
- To manage special assignments , ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Male
- Age between 30-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya,Petaling Jaya.
- Possess valid driver's license with good driving skills and clean track record
- Possess flexible personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality
- Mature, multi tasking capabilities and possess good working attitude
- Qualified candidate must be active sportsman
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
