JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Provide guidance & direction, set goals and objectives, make decision in Process & Method Department. Process & Method activities are focusing on Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Program Management Office (PMO). Act as the head of change management (Change Transformation Agent) in LPPSA.
Key Accountability:
1. Develop and establish LPPSA’s BPI framework
2. Develop and establish LPPSA’s PMO framework
3. Develop and establish LPPSA’s Transformation framework.
4. Plan and guide the development of new LPPSA’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
5. Plan, monitor, coordinate all LPPSA-Wide initiatives and projects. Provide change management services to ensure

Job Requirement:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Management Information System (MIS) or Business Studies or any related field.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in change management, project management, process flow and transformation are essential.
- Should possess experience in dealing with government agencies and government servants.
- Should also possess experience in Financial institution e.g. banks.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
