Job Description:
- Reporting to Chief Executive Officer / Finance Manager
- Managing full spectrum of accounting functions. Key responsibilities include timely preparation and submission of consolidated financial statement and management reports, budgeting, cash flow forecast, review and analysis of financial data.
- Establish and manage the Company's internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with the Group Policy.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agent, ensure compliance with accounting standards requirement.
- Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and management reporting of accounting data.
- Ensure compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement on all financial aspects.
- Able to lead, coach and supervise subordinates in achieving the department's objective.
- All other duties necessary in relation to accounting and financial matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical aptitude with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Team player who can work independently, result oriented with proactive performance.
- High level of integrity and result oriented.
- High analytical and with a keen attention to details.
- Good command of written and oral English and Bahasa Melayu
- Independent, good analytical, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
