Job Purpose:
Administer the training grant management to ensure the sustainable growth of skilled workforce for Perak employers under HRDF.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse the training needs of employers that improve the company productivity.
- Evaluate the training grant applications to ensure consistent, accurate and timely grant approval to the employers.
- Provide advisory pertaining issues related to guidelines and procedures for all schemes of PSMB in retraining and skills upgrading of the national workforce.
- Conducts out-reach programmes for employers to increase their knowledge on HRDF and also minimise the reject and query rates.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with employers to drive training culture.
- Degree in management, business or related discipline.
- 2 – 3 years of working experience with exposure to government agencies, regulators, and SMEs.
