JOB DESCRIPTION
A) JOB SUMMARY
Designs, develops, implements and assesses Training Development strategies in support of the business plan. Monitor the performance and resources of the Training & Development department at all locations to ensure the effective and responsive delivery of services to all level of employees.

B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts training need analysis and propose organization development framework.
- Develops other staff development activities: Develops, implements, and evaluates other staff development activities but not limited to strategic planning and HR department training.
- Monitor on Training Budget - Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
- Establishes training standards and provides quality assurance for training activities conducted in the organization.
- Working with training providers to develop suitable courses objective and content to fulfill with requirements.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Deliver and administer leadership training program for potential new leaders/talent pool within the organization.
- Analysis instructor performance and the effectiveness of training program and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Carry out any other tasks which might be reasonably expected in support of the department.
C) JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Human Resource,Social Science, or any Business Studies/ Management qualification or equivalent.
- Substantial and proven experience, with 5 years focus in Training, Learning and Development;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay;
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal communicationskill to engage with all levels of staff - senior management, head of departments, line managers, executive and support group;
- Strong organization skills and able to produce work under pressure and meeting stringent deadline
- An analytical aptitude would be advantageous with creativity and innovation to spring ideas as well as share knowledge;
- Strong leadership style, dynamic, strategic and have high level of business senses; a business result and people driven person;
- Good leadership qualities and possess high level of confidentiality. Highly motivated with a strong interest in people development and handling human capital related issues in our quest for service excellent future.
