1. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide administrative support which includes reports, schedulling appointments.
- Manage the filling, storage and security of documents.
- Handle office lease issues and dealings with landlords
- Assist in collation, preparation of reports and ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
