1. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide advise and guidance to customer for debit card replacement.
- Perform verification via MyKad/ Passport, Biometric thumb print or Non-biometric verification and assign reference number to ATM and Debit Card Replacement Form (AMRF).
- Inform customer to change PIN at the ATM.
- Responsible for over the counter transaction on account opening, cash and non cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents.
- Take responsibility on accuracy and monitoring of the branch’s balancing activity on daily operations.
- Proactively identify, manage and propose effective end to end solutions to issues related to service delivery
- Resolve customer complaints raised by CSR Teller on requests, inquiries, problems and complaints.
- Take accountability over the branch compliance to the standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellence.
- Validation of over the counter transaction on opening accounts, cash and non cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents.
- Approve rates, cash and check deposits up to authorized amount.
- Facilitate all sales, service and compliance module in view of training and educating branch staff.
- Ensuring the branch's service and compliance standards are met.
Job Requirement
- Recognised Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in a third language will be an added advantage.
- People oriented personality and good customer handling skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
