JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls via 1-800-888-398 contact channel.
- Resolve inquiries/brake down (FCR – First Call Resolution) based on standard consultation guideline of opening, consultation and closing speech.
- Log and record each call received in call centre system for further action by related personnel.
- Register & update complaints/breakdown/feedback or non-FCR cases in system and escalate complaints/ feedback to the team leader for proper delegation within stipulated timeline.
- Assign breakdown case to respective person/team for further assistance.
- Participate & contribute in group & personal coaching.
- Participate and provide support in cross functional activity within the company as and when required.
- To performed other required duties as per requirement from department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ STPM/SPM with good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year working experience in contact centre / customer service environment.
- IT literate preferably Microsoft Office/ SAP.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
- Ability to work in a high stress environment and maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Able to work by shift and on weekends & public holidays based on schedule
