1. Head Chef cum Restaurant Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preferably managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
- Diploma/Degree holder in relevant field
- Those with more than 10 years experience and without qualification will also be considered;
- Required skill(s): able to manage restaurant with maximum 500 pax;
- Experience in handling local dishes and big F&B event is an advantage;
- Must have own transportation;
- Willing to work in Melaka;
- Able to manage day to day operation, budgeting, marketing, staffing, and respond to customers queries and complaint;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English;
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Full time position available;
- Able to work and deliver under minimum supervision
