1. Head of Risk Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Brief Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Risk Management Department in day to day operation.
- Develop credit risk analytics reports and work with business units to drive decisions supported by statistical and / or quantitative approaches.
- Conduct/review the analytical requirements relating to key credit portfolios and processes.
- Continuous review processes, identifies and resolves service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvement where appropriate.
- Advise management on latest compliance and operational risk issues.
- Ability to review and implement risk management, internal control and project management.
- Analyse the credit portfolios and processes to provide feedback and recommended resolutions to business problems.
- Ensure LPPSA's risk exposure is within risk appetite.
Requirements:
- Posess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or related disciplined.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work under presure.
- Minimum 8 (above) years working experience in credit/banking environment/financial industry or equvalent.
- Preferably with exposure and sound knowledge in credit administration/audit/credit operations/recovery with proven.
- Strong team player, good leadership skills, planning and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and under presure.
