JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE PURPOSE:
Plan, manage and instruct implementation of all facility management services including the repair & maintenance of the Bank’s premises (all services covering architecture, structural, interior design, mechanical & electrical, cleaning, landscaping and pest control) to ensure a conducive and safe working environment with adequate facilities and utilities for the Bank to perform its functions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOINTABILITIES:
- Initiate and facilitate the plan to implement, monitor and maintain all the building services including repair and maintenances services covering all facilities (architecture, structural, interior design, mechanical & electrical, cleaning, landscaping and pest control).
- Facilitate and implement policy and procedures related to FM.
- Plan, oversee and implement procurement strategies and action plans including preparation of tender specifications, tender evaluation, recommendation of award; and provide supervision works of installation and contracts administration.
- Offer strategic recommendations for the requirements to upgrade and up keep the Bank’s selected premises.
- Manage all administrative duties relating to procurement, contract administration, budgetary controls and payment process within their premises and ensure that they adhere to the Bank’s approved policy and guidelines.
- Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance executed effectively and issues resolved expediently
- Manage service providers to meet the Bank’s expectations and standards
- Space Management – to enable efficient and effective management and use of building space
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Academic Qualifications : Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Interior Design, Facility Management or related fields
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance services.
