JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and oversee the Human Resources unit and its activities.

Your key task on a normal day include:
- Planning and strategizing human resource for ASM.
- Strategizing and managing training, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff benefits etc
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations and monitoring compliance.
- Overseeing and managing employer-employee relationships.
- Preparing budget for human resource activities
- Overseeing and ensuring staff records are updated and maintained.
- Leading a team towards achieving the goals of organisation.
Qualities:
Leadership qualities, team player, analytical, meticulous, able to multi task and work under tight deadline, independent and good interpersonal skills with a sense of responsibility.

Qualification and Skills:
- Candidate with Degree in Human Resources is preferred. Candidate with Degree in Science field with experience in Human Resource management can also apply.
- 3 years of working experience in Human Resources. Candidate with experience working in human resource department of a Government entity has an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, diplomatic and organisational skills.
- Tactful and has ability to deal with difficult situation and difficult people.
- Excellent working skill with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Remuneration:
Salary is determined based on qualifications and working experiences. Salary for candidate appointed under the N41 scheme is RM2,080.00, whereas C41 is RM2347.00. In addition to the basic salary, allowances amounting RM900 will also be paid.
