Responsibility:
- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.
- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and manager on HR Policy and practice and employment law.
- Managing the annual salary review process for the company.
- Promoting equality and diversity in the in the recruitment process.
- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
- Supporting supervisors to ensure the success of their teams.
- Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to.
- Managing Payroll operation
- Advising on staff promotion.
- Assisting with day to day HR related question.
- Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.
- Keeping up to date with legal development.
- Investigation disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Developing HR policies.
- Manage maternity leave request and administration.
- Planning and delivering, training, including induction for new staff.
Syarat dan kelayakan :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Administration, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
- Mature, independent and work well under pressure.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in HR management / Administration.
- Able to start as soon as possible an added advantage.
- Full time position is available.
