JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,Professional Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management,Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KLIA.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the airport within the authority.
- Responsible to safeguard safety and security in his contacts.
- To establish department goals and objectives in line with the Division’s.
- To ensure the plan and strategies of Facilities and Equipment Maintenance division are in line with it’s goals and objectives.
- To ensure compliance of the procedures and ensure the currency of the operation manuals pertaining to the management and administration of the Facilities and Equipment Maintenance division are in line with objectives as per paragraph (3) above.
- To ensure the division structure, manpower requirements, tasks and responsibilities are adequately and effectively addressed.
- To ensure effective manpower and career development of the staff.
- To oversee and provide advice on all the development project undertaken by the Company.
- Ensure efficient technical support and maintenance services of company’s properties and equipment.
- Maintain company’s liaison and relationship with customer, business associate, consultant and relevant authority.
- To establish and review annual budget and ensure cost efficiency of the division by ensuring expenditure and income are within the AMP target.
- To effectively promote and ensure the culture of Quality and Excellence within the department in line with the organizational Values of the Company.
- To ensure record and filing system of the division are efficiently managed in line with the Company’s approved system.
- To effectively participate in meeting and also to trouble shoot.
- To effectively and efficiently manage the division
- Any other job as assigned by the Company.
